Steps To Reproduce:
2 single quotes were used as the "ditto" symbol in the InternalAntRunner.1 key inside
ECLIPSE\PLUGINS\ORG.ECLIPSE.ANT.UI\LIB\REMOTEANT_JAR\ORG\ECLIPSE\ANT\INTERNAL\UI\ANTSUPPORT\REMOTEANTMESSAGES.PROPERTIES

From a translation point of view, "ditto" may not be understandable around the world. To avoid translation questions and problems, the description from the previous line should be repeated, instead of using the "ditto" symbol.

Most likely we will be "addressing" this issue via bug 163534...which depends on approval to include Ant 1.7

We will be moving to using the support from Apache Ant implementation of the usage. This strings will all be removed.

The plan was to only have the strings surfaced from the Apache Ant implementation and no longer be provided from Eclipse.

I erred in only updating the same VM story and neglected to update the remove ant support via bug 163534

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
