Hava a Java Workspace with some problem markers, e.g. Java Warnings.

In the Problems View, hit the filter button.
Press "Deselect All", "Ok". No problems shown any more.
Open Filters again. Press "Select All", "Ok". Still no problems shown!

Open Filters again. Press "Select All".
Now expand the "Java Problems" category.
It turns out that it is not yet selected.

In fact, when all little "+" icons are clicked to expand all the categories of Problems, and "Select All" is chosen then, everything is correctly selected. So the bug seems to be that when problem types are categorized, and the category is collapsed, "Select All" selects the category only but not the problem types below.

Selecting a collapsed category with the mouse does correctly select the child types as well. Pressing "Select all" should also do that.
