Steps To Reproduce:
1. Working with the Log Correlator sample & Working with the Log Parser sample refer to "Target Platform preferences page (Window > Preferences... > Plug-In Development > Target Platform) and click on the Reload button then the Not In Workspace button." There is no Not in Workspace button. User should Reload and then click OK.

This is not a stop ship issue for 4.3.1.  It will be fixed in 4.4.

Deferring to i3.  These are changes to ISV docs that are not translated so it can be fixed in i3.

Cleaned up readme's for Log Parser, Log Correlator and Analysis Engine samples.  Committed changes to the following files to TPTP Head CVS:
