Description Nicholas Rajendram CLA 2007-02-08 10:50:48 EST
Build ID: I20070207-0800

Steps To Reproduce:
I have noticed this problem on Linux/Solaris:

1. Run the SWT Control example (org.eclipse.swet.examples.controlexample)
2. Select the "DateTime" tab.
3. Choose the style "SWT.TIME"

Notice how one-digit minute and second times (0~9) are shown with a leading space, instead of a leading zero. For example, "1:01:01 AM" is displayed as "1: 1: 1 AM".
