Steps To Reproduce:
1. The main doc. page "Determining problems in applications" contains references to topics like "Symptom database editor" and "Editing a symptom database" which shouldn't be part of the LA RCP.
These links would need to be filtered out based on the context in which docs. are displayed.
Also the topic "Symptom Analysis Results view" contains a link to the "Symptom database editor" topic which should also be filtered out in the LA RCP context.

This is a doc defect and must be fixed in the document files in org.eclipse.tptp.platform.log.doc.user.  Therefore changing component to Platform.Doc
