We need to either remove or show the descriptions for hyperlink detector and target. See bug 88293, comment 72 for details.

I left the descriptions in the schema and in the code and added a comment to the schema doc that the SDK itself currently doesn't display them. Clients are free to  parse and show them.

Fixed in HEAD.
Available in builds > N20070203-0010.
