An readme item is required for the TPTP v4.2.2, v4.3.1 and v4.4

Verified in http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/releasenotes/releasenotes4_4_0.html.   Closing despite 171416 not being resolve this the requirement for this defect has been fulfilled.
