Test project/PMC/PG has voted and approved the following committer changes in the Test project:

Moving to Liz Dancy

Verified at http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/project_info/structure/TPTP_Project_Matrix.html.  However, the new Phoenix version is dated (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=190655).
