In file bugzilla-help.xml topic references are in docs/html/start/... but the actual directory is doc/html/start/...

Documentation deprecated and removed from source tree. Wiki now hosts Mylar documentation.

But the help is used in query dialog and clicking on ? does not give any query dialog help.

The help that was there (or should have been) is stale. We need to update this documentation in a manner suited to the context of use. Renaming/reopening to address this.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
