When creating a new repository task for a bugzilla repository, the form to do so does not allow setting the assignee.  Instead, it is automatically assigned to the component's initial owner.

Could this be added as a field in the Attributes section of the form?

Update: Added People section with editable Assigned to field to new bug editor. Moved category selection above the Search and Create New buttons. Changes not committed due to ongoing work on another report. Will mark resolved when committed.
