The format is like this : "Thu May 25 00:00:00 GMT+08:00 2006"
thus is not accepted by Parse() functions and I have to use a formatter

"Thu May 25 00:00:00 GMT+08:00 2006" is not supported by normal java data time format. We need to wait till we can use ICU to solve the problem.
