We are planning on creating a CVS feature in the Platform. The first step is to create a feature project in the repository. Could you please create the folder org.eclipse.cvs-feature in the /cvsroot/eclipse repository and make it part of the same groupd as the CVS projects (plat-vcm-team).

The new directory has been added, and it's owned by plat-vcm-team.
