Create a new php project outside the workspace 
for example (Win - C:\Temp)
there is a parsing process that goes thru every file/dir that is part of that 
dir (in the example above - everything that is in C:\Temp)
once removing the project with its contant the entire dir is been removed 
including files/dirs that have nothing to do with the project 
We should find a way to be able to still create a project outside the original 
workspace but at the same time harm no file/dir that was in the parent dir 
ahead of the project
