This happens mostly in:  Project ? Properties  &  Window - Preferences
whenever change any settings within the above form settings and hit Apply the 
button should become gray out for clarity issue so the user won't be confuse

The same behavior goes for all preferences page, it will be wrong to change this behavior only in PDT preferences page.
