[Vista] Progress bar's color is not updated in the Manual Test View.

When executing a test case with a non-pass verdict (e.g. fail, error or inconclusive), the progress bar's color is not updated in the Manual Test View )e.g. red for fail and error and blue for inconclusive).  The progress bar remains green.

This defect is dependent on SWT defect #168738 and may not be containable in TPTP 4.2.2 since there is no known workaround.

We see the same symptoms on Linux (x86) as well.  For example, SLES and Fedora.

Revising original time estimate since solution required writing our own progress bar.
