Steps To Reproduce:
1.  Open a log file and find a long message, for example an exception.  Look at the message details in the extended properties.
2.  Only the first 1k of the message is displayed.


More information:
Based on information from the enablement team, the issue is that the messages are chunked into 1k values displayed in an array, and only the first element of the array is being displayed.

Messages are often long.  Customers and support need to be able to read the whole thing.

We have had a number of L2s complain about this issue in tests.  They will need to see the entire error message and have no way to do this in LTA.

Any message longer than 1024 bytes is broken apart into chunks. When the log is imported and the CBE is created, this extra data is added as a 'extendedDataElements'. The fix adds logic to detect message 'extendedDataElements' and generates the original string accordingly.
