I'm using the code formatter for wrapping lines which are too long.
But if I wrap the line myself (e.g. after "=") the code formatter
will destroy my wrapping and fill up the first line with as much
words as possible. The formatter should not touch lines which are
already short enough due to my own manual wrapping. This behaviour
should be configurable.

Mmh. If I would have to decide on this one it would end up as INVALID but JDT Core to decide here.
