Steps To Reproduce:
Documentation needs to be added for importing Symptom catalogs using authenticated FTP and HTTPS.  Please tell the user how to specify the user name and password for authenticated FTP, and what happens for HTTPS in the case where a password is required.

More information:
Here's an example:

Symptom catalogs may be imported using FTP, HTTP and HTTPS protocols.  
Anonymous and authenticated FTP is supported.  When using authenticated FTP, 
specify the user id and password in the symptom catalog URL in the following 
format:

ftp://user:passwd@ftpserver/sdb_url

When using the HTTPS protocol, the server must provide a certificate issued by 
a Certificate Authority.  Self-signed certificates are not supported.  The user will be prompted for a userid and password in the HTTPS case where authentication is needed.

We have readmed the HTTPS restrictions for now. In the authenticated HTTP /HTTPS the user will be prompted for uid/pwd.
