SelectRepositoryPage used to have very convenient preselection of the task repository
based on the input form the platform selection service. So, Ctrl-N and Alt-Shift-N wizards
for creating new tasks and queries does not work anymore.

This functionality was broken
by recent changes. Namely:

So,
TasksUiUtil.getSelectedRepository() method should not use viewer and should always retrieve
current selection from the platfrom selection service.
