Build 20020521

- open Java perspective
- activate a view, e.g. the Packages view
- hit tab repeatedly
- it goes to the view tab, then the cool items, then the shortcut bar, then the 
view toolbar, then back to the main view control
- this overall order is correct
- however, when in the coolbars, tab goes through the cool items in right to 
left order
- it should be left to right

Is this an SWT bug or is it due to our order of creation?

Opened SWT PR 16700 for problem.

Verified but also opened related SWT PR [Bug 24983] Coolbar - tab order not 
maintained properly.
