Steps to reproduce:

- Open a bug in the bug editor.
- Press tab to navigate through the fields.
- Something happens when you get to the attributes comboboxes that you cannot focus them and apparently the focus goes to the editor itself, since the arrow keys scroll the editor up/down instead of through the combo values.

I often find myself wanting to page down the entire bug editor instead of having to go and drag the scroll bar. This particularly happens when I load in a bug with lots of unread comments.

+1 for page down.  I'll mark for 2.0, but marking helpwanted for now in case anyone in the developer community can get us this functionality faster.

From bug 250571:

Support tabbed navigation to the 'Scheduled' field in 'Personal Planning'

Ideally, focus would be placed inside the Scheduled field, with feedback to let me know it has happened (highlight and select the current text). Then I would be able to use the arrow keys to brows through the option list, or simply type in the value that I want ('Monday', 'Tuesday', 'Someday Next Week', etc)
