Description Balan Subramanian CLA 2006-11-22 18:27:53 EST
The Managed Agent Explorer in TPTP 4.3 contains a resource topology view which can sometimes get very complicated - like when a service group with thousands of member resources is being looked at.

Filtering of what is being shown in the view is required. The filtering can be based on properties of the resources like caption, description etc. and also on what capabilities are being provided.

Also need the ability to sort - either by alphabetical order or in the order it appears in the WSDL

The attached image illustrates this issue. The following shoudl be addressed in this enhancement:
In the "Resource Topology" section, it is difficult to differentiate what resource you are looking at. This is partially due to the fact that in WSDM, the EPR is intended to be opaque relative to the actual resource. However, when the EPR does contain additional information, e.g. reference parameters, we should have a way to present those in this section.

When viewing a service group, once a resource is selected, the information should be presented better. In several circumstances the property value extends passed the viewing area. Possible solution is to word wrap the value field.

The proper display of resource information for resources listed in the SG is covered by
