Open a plugin.xml, switch to Extensions page, go to an Extension Element Details field, type a character and remove it again.
=> Editor dirty, Revert enabled but does nothing, Save enabled and works
=> Expected: Editor dirty, both Save and Revert should make editor not dirty

With editor still dirty, switch to plugin.xml page.
=> Editor dirty, Revert disabled, Save enabled but does not work
=> Expected: Same as on Extensions page.

The revert not working is a duplicate of bug 99197 and the save not working is a duplicate of bug 87549.  Thanks for reporting the problems!
