The Validation Programmer's Guide is sketchy.  It needs to be completed, including a more comprehensive overview of the Concepts, deeper discussion of
how to perform common Tasks, and more complete Reference documentation
(especially Javadocs).

Ensure that the documentation adequately covers the definition of a dynamic constraint provider.  WBN to add an example plug-in that illustrates this using, perhaps, an OCL document?
