Can we change CView#selectReveal to work with non-ICElement files as well, such as IProject, IFile, IFolder (IResource)?

We have another projects view that gives the user a different view of the project contents.  We have a Show in C/C++ Projects action that we want the selected item(s) in our view to be revealed in the C/C++ Projects view.  It worked OK now for TranslationUnits and projects but not non-C IResources like just plain text files, or files whose content type is not tied to CDT.

The proposed patch it attached and seems to do the trick.
