Description amehrega CLA 2006-11-14 11:08:50 EST
1) Create a Java project without a source folder
2) Create a regular JUnit under the Java project
3) Switch to the test perspective and click the "logical" toolbar item of the test navigator

Notice that the regular JUnit is not shown. The navigator displays the JUnit only if a src folder is created under the project and the Junit is moved to the src folder.

Reassigning to the component leads to triage for 4.4.

Has the priority for this defect been recently reviewed given its severity? If not, please take a few minutes and reevaluate the priority.
Comment 3 Jerome Gout CLA 2007-01-17 11:12:36 EST
decreasing severity since this is definitively not a nominal use case that leads to this bugs.

Java class should be normally located in a source folder.
Comment 4 Paul Slauenwhite CLA 2007-01-26 08:25:27 EST
Targeting to future since not containable in 4.4.
Comment 5 Paul Slauenwhite CLA 2007-01-26 09:01:36 EST
As discussed on this week's Test Project call (January 22, 2007), the Test Project will focus on existing P1 - P2/Blocker - Major and P1/Normal and test creation/automation defects (omitting defects dependant on outstanding features) in TPTP 4.4. All other Test Project defects have been targeted to future.

If this defect has been targeted to future and you/originator feel it should be completed in 4.4, please provide the necessary reason as a reply to this comment or a post to the Test Project mailing list (tptp-test-tooling-dev@eclipse.org). We will collectively triage and assess our resources to determine a case-by-case decision.
Comment 6 Paul Slauenwhite CLA 2007-01-26 09:04:08 EST
Correction: The Test Project mailing list is tptp-testing-tools-dev@eclipse.org.
Comment 7 Paul Slauenwhite CLA 2008-05-27 21:07:17 EDT
Using the TPTP-4.5.0-200805231847 driver, this is still a problem.
