Mylar 0.9.0: open the bug#163460, and on the first comment you will see: "*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 151622 ***"

The whole expression is highlighted in blue, but only the "duplicate of 151622" is clickable as a link, and only "151622" is underlined on mouse hover.

IMHO, the whole phrase can be turned into a link.
