Mylar 0.9.0, Web Connector.

From bug#158069 comment#22:

"I think there is some error handling missing on web connector, because if I create a repository on some non-existing URL, like: http://dsklfhjdslkfj.com and after that, I create a query on it, it does not report any error."

Remaining patch items applied.  Yes, I think that the main part of the patch came in on another of your bugs.
