JDT has changed to prompting for a new name when pasting to same location.
See bug 6178.
The Navigator should support this as well, to be consistent.

Fixed. 
We now prompt for each existing file when pasting. Cancel on one dialog cancels 
the rest of the operation but copies already prompted files. This is the 
package view behavior.
