After finishing debug session that user will be asked whether he wants to move 
back to PHP perspective the same as from PHP to PHP Debug.

Implemented.
When the last PHP debug session is terminated, a user propmt is displayed to 
allow switching back to the PHP perspective. 
A preferences page (PHP | Debug | Launches) change was also implemented to 
allow the change of the selected value from the preferences.
