As a consuming product, we would like to extend the RCP log analyzer and symptom editor by contributing menu actions for additional preference pages and adding additional views such as the problems view.

It would be good to also be able to have some control over the order of contributed menu items and be able to add separators to menus.  At this time, we don't need to add menu items to context menus, but this should be considered if possible for the future.

One possible way to do this is to provide the ability to access to the action list managed by the ActionCreator class.

We now have a requirement to contribute a menu item to the context menu in the Symptom Editor's "Symptom Databases" view.

Also, we would like to contribute a "Cheat Sheets..." menu item to the Help menu.

Here is a summary of the requirements:

- Log Analyzer RCP
  - Be able to add preference menu items to options main menu
  - Add Cheat Sheets Help menu item

- Symptom Editor RCP
  - Be able to add preference menu items to options main menu
  - Add Cheat Sheets Help menu item
  - Add problems view
  - Be able to add "Convert Rules" menu item to catalog Navigator context menu
