Regardless of whether we decide that drag move from the OS to Eclipse should be 
supported or not we should default to drag copy. Otherwise we risk deleting 
people's data if the drag now actually does a move, despite the fact that we 
(incorrectly) indicated move.
Need to add explicit move indication if move from OS will be supported.
Fixed in build > 20021023.
