Update plugin version number for the Test Project.

The following Test Project plugins require version number updates:

org.eclipse.tptp.test.auto.gui
org.eclipse.tptp.test.tools.api
org.eclipse.hyades.test.core 
org.eclipse.hyades.test.tools.core 
org.eclipse.hyades.test.tools.ui
org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui 
org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui.extensions 
org.eclipse.tptp.test.samples

Note, these plugins were not flagged as problematic (e.g. red highlight) in http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/version.php?version=4.3.0&buildID=TPTP-4.3.0-200610270100 since they were updated in 4.2.1, resulting in their current version number being higher than their previous version numbers.  I have added an AG agenda item for discussing changing the build report to include the last maintenance release.
