Description
Daniel Aborg
Software Versions: Jira Core Services 0.9.1 Mylar Connector: JIRA 0.8 Mylar Focused UI 0.8.0 Mylar Task List 0.8.0 Eclipse SDK Version: 3.2.1 Build id: M20060921-0945 Running on Ubuntu Edgy 6.10 This is caused by Mylar not logging in to JIRA when you select "New Repository Task". If I log in to JIRA manually in the Eclipse web browser, it works. There is no rich editor for Jira yet. You would have to live with web interface, so select project, etc. See bug 142869 for the rich Jira editor. I made the note about the need to log in when using the web UI more explicit on the corresponding wizard page. Since the JIRA connector has proper task data support and the API has a createIssue() call it should not be too hard to implement an editor. Is there anything to watch out for? Nope, I think its all set to go! Committed to CVS. *** Bug 164694 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Excellent. I'll add a note to the New & Noteworthy for 2.0M2. Steffen, Eugene: when you add something that seems New & Noteworthy just let me know. |
