When an Execution file is loaded, defects associated with events should automatically become associated with the containing ExecutionResult record.

I worked with Bianca on this.  She said to assign it to her.

Bianca, will you be requesting this defect for 4.3 i3?  If so, you need to request approvals (Test Project/PMC), design/code/test a fix and integrate before EOD Fri (Nov. 3/06).  If not, please target to 4.4.
