The HostShellOutputAdapter in the remotecdt integration is a class that makes sense also outside the cdt integration. It should be moved to a more public place.

I could imagine moving HostShellOutputAdapter and HostShellOutputStream to the org.eclipse.rse.services.shells bundle. I think this is a better place since these classes provide standard services that are helpful also outside the cdt launcher.

Ewa - you are the copyright owner of these classes, would you be OK that I make this move?

Also, when we promote these two classes to being public utility classes in org.eclipse.rse.services.shells, we'll need javadoc for them. Could you write the Javadoc or should I?
