Unable to access "http://....."
Error parsing site stream [The XML stream is not a valid default "site.xml" file, the root tag is not site]

trying to update form the callisto discovery entry in the 3.2.1 platform download.

Have tried pasting the link on the Callisto page into a new site def same problem.

Can you go into more details here? It seems like you have an issue with Caliisto site not Update component itself since Update was served with invalis site.xml.
