Description
Philipe Mulet
Build 3.3M2 When migrating to Java5, it is common to stage migration; and have some prereq component still using Java4. To protect against the unchecked warnings which are resulting from the raw generic type produced by the prereq API (e.g. List), one may suppress unchecked warnings for the current time being. Over time, when the prereq component has migrated, most of the suppressed warnings have become irrelevant. Thus, they should be signaled as such. ie. if no warning is intercepted by a suppress warning, it should be flagged as unused. I think this issue could be marked as a duplicate of bug #127533, no? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 127533 *** |
