Sorry for posting this on "web server", but I didn't find a "mirrors" component on bugzilla:

I have automatically mirror selection checked in update manager, and frequently it selects the following mirror:

http://ftp.sun.ac.za/ftp/mirrors/eclipse/technology/emft/updates/site.xml

which apparently does not exist anymore, giving me errors.

I have fixed this.  The mirror decided to no longer mirror the entire Technology project and has been removed.

I'm reopening because today I got same same mirror problem while trying to update webtools:

http://ftp.sun.ac.za/ftp/mirrors/eclipse/webtools/updates/site.xml

The URL: http://ftp.sun.ac.za/ftp/mirrors/eclipse/ does not exist anymore, so I think it should be better to remove it from all eclipse's projects update sites.

Actually, they simply changed their http path to http://ftp.sun.ac.za/ftp/pub/mirrors/eclipse/

Their mirror seems to work fine now.
