When I view a report with chinese characters, the birt viewer need to load 'iTextAsian.jar', but it caused Tomcat server to reload the context again and again, this caused all information cached lost.

To repeat this bug, just copy some two-byte characters into the test.rptdesign file.

I have placed the 'iTextAsian.jar' in the right place according to the following directive steps:

# Copy itext-1.3.jar to /WebViewerExample/WEB-INF/platform/plugins/com.lowagie.itext/lib.
# Copy iTextAsian.jar to /WebViewerExample/WEB-INF/platform/plugins/com.lowagie.itext/lib.

I am very sorry, it is NOT a bug, I check it today carefully, and found it is because the iTextAsian.jar file corrupted. I downloaded a new one and fixed it.
