This needs to be done before 4.3 releases. This needs to be done in i3. The following plugins are updated to 4.3 according to http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/version.php?version=4.3.0&buildID=TPTP-4.3.0-200610200100 org.eclipse.hyades.resources.database org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.examples org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.examples.isv org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.profile.server org.eclipse.tptp.platform.analysis.engine org.eclipse.tptp.platform.examples org.eclipse.tptp.platform.examples.isv org.eclipse.tptp.platform.profile.server.wst org.eclipse.tptp.trace.examples.isv *** Bug 161803 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Would it be possible to update the monitoring javadoc api doc plug-in skeleton at the same time as this defect? (org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.api.doc.isv) This plug-in is omitted from the build log because the Javadoc is too large to generate with each build. (TPTP would run out of download space.) At the end of a release Hubert generates the Javadoc into the api.doc.isv skeleton and it's posted on the web as an optional download. http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/resources/javadoc.html I posted a patch on bugzilla 161803 with the version number 4.2.100 for the regular doc plug-ins (to indicate bug fixes only) and 4.3 for the javadoc api plug-in (to indicate that its content is entirely new for 4.3). Updated the following plugins with the fix. org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.report.birt.ui org.eclipse.tptp.platform.report.birt.ui Updated the doc plug-ins under this defect. I increased the second digit of the following two plugins because they were changed during 4.3 for feature work: org.eclipse.hyades.sdb: from 4.1.101 to 4.2.0 org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.doc.isv: from 4.2.100 to 4.3.0 I updated the version number of org.eclipse.hyades.statistical.ui from 4.2.0 to 4.2.100 because it contains defect fixes. Reassigning to Matt Mings to update the version numbers for the tech preview BtM instrumentation plugins. These plugins are not included in the report because they are tech preview but the version number should be increased appropriately if they have changed in 4.3. The second digit should be increased if the plugin was modified due to feature work in 4.3 (eg. 4.2.0 to 4.3.0). The third digit should be increased by 100 if the plugin was modified with defect fixes only in 4.3 (eg. 4.2.0 to 4.2.100). I updated the version number for org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.instrumentation, org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.instrumentation.ui, and org.eclipse.tptp.platform.instrumentation.ui from 4.2 to 4.3 The version numbers of all Monitoring Tools plugins have been updated appropriatley. As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this originator of this enhancement/defect has an inactive Bugzilla account and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open. |
