This project proposes to enhance the scripting capabilities so that both Java and JavaScript based scripting utilize the same implementation and therefore have very similar levels of functionality.

As we discussed in the meeting, we should already enhanced the script APIs. Please confirm, or give more clear requirement.

Maybe create a BPS spec for the enhanced scripting API?

Both Java and JavaScrip based BIRT scripting already share the same interface since BIRT 2.1, and the scripting API has also been documented in BIRT 2.2.
