Description Lawrence Mandel CLA 2006-09-28 16:54:55 EDT
I have a local schema that imports a remote schema. When I double click on the schema import statement in the XSD editor design view another editor opens but the editor is empty, that is there is no content. I'd expect that double clicking on a schema import for a remote schema would download and let me view the schema.

Or, we shouldn't allow the open in new editor action in these cases. But it would be a nice feature to download and view it...

If we're not going to display the remote schema we should at least notify the user that we can't show it because it's remote. However, I think that it is useful to view remote schemas during development time and I'd prefer that we support this in WTP.

This should be fixed for 3.0M4 and is in last week's integration build.
