Build: I20060926-0935 (also seen in 3.2 M2)

I have been seeing system jobs, finished jobs, and sleeping jobs occasionally appearing in the progress view lately.  I don't have the "show sleeping and system operations" preference enabled.  It's definitely not *all* sleeping and system jobs that are appearing, but I haven't figure out a regular pattern to it yet.
