I work in two monitors and have a Eclipse with detach mode on work part and view part divide. If i open the internal browser on detach mode the rename of the refactoring work not. I must the Eclipse restarted, then it work.

Not sure to understand your setup... However, sounds like an UI issue
=> Move to JDT/UI for follow-up...
