Oh, maybe it's not a good idea to change the copy-routine. It may be used from in many places. Well, at leats in this case, use a copy routine that preserves the file-times etc. I believe the copy is performed by the IDE component. A workaround is to perform a Synchronize on the project. That should reset the dirty bit on the files. A synchronize won't do, but running a Team->Update on the project will. The update-operation will need to transfer lots of data (imagine huge binary files and such ...). Really just a workaround. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
