Description Jimisola Laursen CLA 2006-09-08 13:35:59 EDT
Add search criteria for tasks/bugs being watched/cc:ed.

Different issue trackers have different names of this functionality:

 - Bugzilla: cc-list
 - Jira: watch
Comment 1 Mik Kersten CLA 2006-09-08 13:57:01 EDT
The Bugzilla Connector's search supports the CC list already. So is this purely a request for JIRA?
Comment 2 Jimisola Laursen CLA 2006-09-08 14:28:10 EDT
It was not an enhancement purely for Bugzilla and/or Jira - it was a general one.
E.g. if Trac has the same functionality it applies to it as well.

As for Bugzilla I admit that I haven't had a look at it search and it clearly supports the CC list already, so this enhancement request applies to _at least_ Jira.
Comment 3 Robert Munteanu CLA 2009-11-30 15:42:44 EST
Is there any possibility of having this done? It's quite tedious to manually add to the task list all the tasks which are on my watch list.
Comment 4 Steffen Pingel CLA 2009-11-30 16:14:37 EST
Unfortunately I don't think this is currently supported by JIRA's search facility. Do you have a way to search for all issues that you are watching in JIRA's web interface?
Comment 5 Robert Munteanu CLA 2009-11-30 16:39:11 EST
Unfortunately I can only access http://jira/secure/UserWatches!default.jspa and take the issue ids. Apparently the watch to filter bridge is not implemented - see http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-14623 .

The only possibility would be screen-scraping I guess.

The Mylyn JIRA Connector has moved to Atlassian. All unresolved Mylyn bugs assigned to the JIRA component, which includes this bug, have been copied to https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/PLE and marked as resolved on bugs.eclipse.org. The new location of this bug report can be found in the URL field.
