The LPG runtime library should be bundled separately from OCL and consumed from the Orbit project (contributing it if necessary).

Hi, John,

I recall from EMFT OCL's release review that you were also using LPG, and that you would be interested in this.  Which version are you using?  OCL is currently on 1.1 and doesn't intend to change that for Europa.  I'm hoping to contribute LPG 1.1 to Orbit in time for Europa's M4 (guess I'll have to get started very soon).

I just double-checked the version of LPG that OCL is using, and found that it is actually
1.0.  So, that is the version that I plan to contribute to Orbit.  My apologies.

Updated the org.eclipse.emf.ocl plug-in to import the lpg.lpgjavaruntime package from the net.sourceforge.lpg.lpgjavaruntime bundle from Orbit (using Import-Package instead of Require-Bundle).  Updated the OCL SDK, Runtime, and Stand-alone builds to package the net.sourceforge.lpg.lpgjavaruntime bundle.

These changes are committed to CVS HEAD.
