Long lines involving parametrized declarations, such as

private Map<Section, Set<SubsectionSnapshot>> subsectionMap = new HashMap<Section, Set<SubsectionSnapshot>>();

are not line-wrapped even if longer than max. line width.

Ownership has changed for the formatter, but I surely will not have enough time to fix your bug during the 3.5 development process, hence set its priority to P5.
Please provide a patch if you definitely need the bug to be fixed in this version and I'll have a look at it...

This depends on formatter settings. I don't know if it was available when the bug was created, but enabling wrapping for assignments should solve this problem.
Also in Eclipse 4.6 there are settings for parameterized types.
