If I understand correctly, this is a request to customize the Explorer view so that Servers are shown in a more friendly format (either as a list of servers or maybe per project) instead of the default Servers project that shows up. (In reply to comment #1) > If I understand correctly, this is a request to customize the Explorer view so > that Servers are shown in a more friendly format (either as a list of servers > or maybe per project) instead of the default Servers project that shows up. > Yes actually :) It would be nice to have a list of servers even with all projects closed, but I guess the Project Explorer isn't the best place for this. Also, when all servers are listed under a single Servers node, one can not quickly determine which server is for which project. So I guess that it would be nice to have a Server node or such a thing inside every project node. Regards, Behi *** Bug 124402 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Customizing the project explorer to better display servers is a good idea, but we haven't had anyone available to work on this yet. Marking bug as 'helpwanted' to extend an invitation to the community for anyone who is interested in working on this. Old bug, no plan to fix. Please reopen if this is still a problem. |
